Ethiopia cloth donation activity.

On behalf of those tragically displaced by the internal conflict in Ethiopia, the Hannah Foundation is seeking to raise goods and donations to be sent to Ethiopia. Hannah Foundation is a non-profit org founded in Los Angeles, our mission has always been to provide for those who have the misfortune to be unable to provide for themselves – our brothers and sisters in Ethiopia have been robbed of their way and so we strive to help.

All their belongings have been looted by lawless thugs with most of the men and young boys killed in their desperate effort to protect their homes. Now those who remain need our help. We are raising clothing (new or lightly used), shoes, blankets, towels, and kitchen goods (such as pots and pans). If possible, donate these items to the church separated by men, women, and children’s items so they might be easier for us to distribute once in Ethiopia. If you are donating intimates (underwear, socks, etc.) they will only be accepted if new. Think of your mothers and fathers and sons and daughters, what would you offer to them if they lost everything else.

Hannah Foundation will look to ship storage containers filled with items raised, because of the nature of transportation it is urgent to send things all at once and so this donation process is time sensitive. If you do not donate in time, your contribution will not make it to Ethiopia.

We are also accepting donations in cash or checks made out to Hannah Foundation which will go towards the transportation of all goods raised as well as distribution and direct support of families in Ethiopia. We will provide those who donate with receipts to show exactly what their money went towards in Ethiopia.
